Juneteenth
Join us for Juneteenth at Red Hill on Saturday, June 28, at 11:00 am as we celebrate freedom, history, and community! Hosted by the 7056 Charlotte County Branch of the Virginia NAACP, this event honors the emancipation of enslaved African Americans with a day of remembrance, music, and fellowship in a historic setting that bridges our past to a more just future. We’re thrilled to welcome Frank Scott, son of NASCAR legend Wendell Scott, as our keynote speaker. Wendell Scott made history as the first African-American driver and team owner to compete and win in NASCAR’s highest divisions, as well as the first African-American inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame. Don’t miss this inspiring opportunity to reflect on the legacy of freedom and resilience!
