Collection For Disaster Victims in the Southeast and Midwest

This past weekend, we saw our first major spring storm system sweep through the Southeast and Midwest, spawning multiple dust storms and tornadoes while spreading destructive wildfires. This system has destroyed hundreds of homes, businesses, churches, and schools across 12 states, leaving at least 42 dead and countless lives in turmoil. Gleaning For The World has announced it will be accepting donations at Sam’s Club on Wards Road in Lynchburg on Thursday and Friday this week (3/20 and 3/21) from 11 a.m. until 5 p.m. both days.
The number of lives impacted across 12 states, not to mention the lives lost, is inconceivable. We ask our community to keep these families in their prayers and join us in providing tangible assistance.”
